To simplify the efforts from both sides, we follow a step-by-step approach so that we understand customer’s challenges deeply and plan the future roadmap together with our customers while minimizing the initial investments for them.

Step 1: Assessment

By Lean Six Sigma certified industrial engineering consultancy and workshop methodology, we survey customers’ challenges and operating state (data collection, quality, production budget, load time, etc.). We measure the required data for estimation, discuss improvement potential, and propose a draft evolution scenario.

Step 2: Installation and Data Collection

Based on Step 1 results, we plan for comprehensive data collection. Digitalization via PLC Upgrades, Installation of sensors and data aggregators.  This facilitates the “visualization” to provide an improvement estimation and offer assistance in determining targets and future roadmap.
